Yes. Our team brings its own supplies and equipment, and we clean with non-toxic, eco-friendly, pet-safe and child-safe products. If you'd rather we use your products, tell us in advance and we'll work with them. Everything else comes with the team, so there's nothing for you to set out.

No. Some customers give us secure access and head to work, while others prefer to stay home. We'll talk through which option suits you before the first visit, so nothing is left to chance on the day. If you won't be there, just let us know how you'd like us to get in.

We send the same cleaner when they're available. Schedules change, so we can't promise the same person on every visit, but every cleaner we send is trained and has been through a background check. If you have a preference, tell us and we'll try to schedule around it.
